Service Description
Pregnancy Yoga classes are an opportunity to relax, stretch, tune in to your changing body and connect with your baby. We will stretch and strengthen the body and use breathing and meditation techniques to help you feel calm and grounded. We explore breathwork, optimal positions for birth, learn to trust your body and listen to your instincts to help you feel nourished and release tension as you embark on your unique journey into motherhood. These classes are a wonderful opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be in a warm and supportive environment. Classes are suitable for complete yoga beginners and those with experience, from 12 weeks right through to birth
