Tabitha Owen
Tabitha is the founder of Kin, a mum of 2 and a yoga teacher. She teaches pre/postnatal/kids/family/chair/vinyasa yoga as well as offering retreats, art journal classes and baby massage.

Her personal yoga practice has always been about observing the journey of coming home to herself. Taking away everything else and drawing closer to the essence of true self. Yoga has helped her tremendously throughout her life and has become an essential part of her everyday life.

Her intention is to create a welcoming space for you to stop, listen and observe within. To take time out of the day to connect with yourself. To encourage a gentle practice of self-enquiry, self-love, and compassion by integrating physical movement with breath awareness.

Her personal journey into motherhood inspired her to teach Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, with a focus on encouraging and empowering women through this remarkable transformation and building a community of supportive women.

Delphine Renaud
As a certified Soma Breath instructor & Life Coach, I use Movement, Story Telling, Breathwork and Meditation as tools to coach people into connecting with their authentic selves to live more fulfilled lives both personally and professionally.
“As a single mum of 2 boys and with 25 years experience leading global product management teams in Technology Corporate Organisations, Breathwork and Meditation have become instrumental in my recovery from several episodes of burnout and depression. I understand how isolating and debilitating anxiety can weigh people’s lives down and I work with my clients to help them connect with their real self and transform their life by building healthy coping mechanisms for better mental and physical health.
I am passionate about transgenerational trauma healing and parent/children relationships and how being a more grounded, calmer and self aware parent can help foster more emotionally attuned families”.
Maria Yasnova
When I became a mother for the first time in 2007 and found myself isolated without the support of the extended family, connecting with other mothers and learning from them made the biggest difference to my parenting experience and growing.

These were women around me, also stumbling through this roller-coaster of motherhood. I saw the city I’ve been living in for almost a decade from a completely new perspective: instead of the “work hard /play hard” London culture with late nights at work and weekend city breaks and the buzz of my high-pressured job that I had completely identified with, I now joined the local South London community of mothers from all around the world.

Then, in 2009 I began supporting local Families on their own parenting journeys:

Over the first 10 years, my main focus was helping mothers with feeding their babies and children both as a volunteer breastfeeding counsellor and a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Shortly before the pandemic, I certified as a Life Coach with Barefoot Coaching and University of Chester and became a member of the International Coaching Federation, so that I could continue supporting local mothers through the unchartered waters of the next stages of motherhood, beyond breastfeeding.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about how I can support you on your journey in a group as part of our Circle for Mothers or 1:1.

Join our local community of Mothers whether you are in planning stage, in the thick of it or a seasoned parent

Zoe Mitchell -ZoeM Yoga and Sound
Zoe is a trained Yoga Instructor and Advance Sound Healer based in London, but has taken her practice and sessions around the world helping others reconnect and reset the mind and body.

Using a connection with music and movement she creates a safe space for healing in movement and sound with the ability to work in subtle energy to help others find connection to themselves and finding a peaceful balance within the the stresses of day to day life.

Zoe ventured on a journey of self-discovery through her travels as an ex long haul flight attendant. For over 18 years her life was very much fueled by jet lag and coffee from one hotel to another. Flying across many time zones in such a short period of time took its toll on both her mind and body, falling into a negative lifestyle and chaotic mindset and unbalanced work life ethic.

Zoe took to healing through joining yoga classes and sound mediation sessions on each of her trips. Being blessed with practicing through so many wonderful teachers her passion then led her on to training in both and is so happy to now be able to share its magic and power in classes with you.

Kamala Dodd
I’m an accredited holistic sleep coach, living and working in South London with my husband and daughter. I became fascinated with the subject of sleep after having my daughter and experiencing first-hand the outdated and often contradictory sleep advice that felt at odds with my responsive instincts and didn't seem to 'fit' with who my daughter was or what she needed to sleep well.
After wanting to make a change and leaving my 10-year career as a primary and early years teacher, I decided to retrain as a holistic sleep coach so that I could support families to get more rest with evidence-based and responsive sleep support. I trained with Dr.Lyndsey Hookway, a world-renowned advocate for responsive sleep support, at level 6 with the Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme. My business ‘Rest and Grow’, was set up in 2023 and I’ve been happily supporting families ever since!
I support families on a 1:1 basis and I also give out free tips, advice and education through my Instagram page, blog and newsletter. I have a variety of resources available through my website.

Suzy attended some wonderful baby classes as a new Mum though really wanted a take part in a movement class where she could move together with her son and also dance with others, and so Dance Baby Dance classes were born. We look forward to hosting Toddler Jam! classes at Kin.
Imogen French
I work with mothers (and others) to help them navigate motherhood and find a different way of doing things; it doesn’t have to be all about struggle, sacrifice and guilt filled; I help women reconnect more to themselves which then helps you connect more to your child in a loving, peaceful and calm way. There is so much noise around regulating emotions and helping children do that but how can you if you don’t know how to or if you still have trauma from your childhood.

Using colour mirrors, eft/tapping and other tools, I help you find your spark and navigate motherhood with greater joy, ease, fun and unconditional love.
