Designed to gently and effectively rehabilitate your body. This class focuses on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, which are often weakened during pregnancy and delivery. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, you'll improve your posture, alleviate back pain, and build a strong foundation for the new demands of motherhood. Come nurture your body and connect with a community of fellow mums. Suitable for all fitness levels once you have received medical clearance. Modifications are provided to accommodate varying stages of recovery Babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
