Service Description

Slow down and adjust your energy to a slower and cosier pace as we move into Autumn in an afternoon of nourishing and balancing yoga and community at Kin Studio. This half-day retreat is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and enter the Autumn season with positivity and intention.  You’ll be guided through a gentle and spacious vinyasa yoga flow and simple breathing techniques to help quiet the mind.  We'll also take some time for reflection and intention setting with journaling prompts and exploring oracle cards. We will use aromatherapy oils in line with the season, and you will take home a homemade personal blend to lead you through the rest of autumn. The afternoon ends with deeply restful restorative yoga and a guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded and concludes with tea and cake and time to chat and connect. You will leave feeling relaxed, re-energised and in appreciation for the joys of Autumn.  This afternoon yoga retreat is suitable for all levels.
