foxtots.jpg

Foxtots

Wednesdays 9.30am, 10.30am & 11.30am

Termtime

Rosie Fox founded Foxtots Baby Toddler Music Group with her husband Ben Fox, in 2013, after the birth of their daughter Ruby.
Rosie and Ben have written four CD's worth of music to delight and enthrall little ones and their elders.

Their music (available on iTunes and Amazon Prime!) is, first and foremost, original and fun, and was written to engage both adults and children. It has a rocky edge with some ska influences and segues into storytelling, lullaby and sensory.

Rosie uses puppets, props and bubbles to keep little ones engaged. She plays trumpet, trombone and melodica which adds different layers to the classes and helps introduce children to different aspects of music in a fun way.

She combines their original Foxtots music with old and much loved faves to create a really inclusive and varied 30 minute class.

Classes are all mixed ages to encourage littles ones to learn from bigger ones and to make it easier for parents and carers with multiple children.

Emily aka Emzpower has spent the last 10 years empowering women through weight training to become the most confident version of themselves. She is an ex professional street/hip hop dancer. Becoming a mum made Emily want to step back into her creative flow and dance once again. Come and enjoy some good vibes.

Navigating Motherhood with Imogen French

Thursdays 2pm - 3pm

Children can be so triggering as they mirror back all your wounds; I am offering an hour together on a Thursday afternoon to gather and have a look at what is bothering you most, how you are feeling and together we will clear them out so that you can create an easier and more joyful time.

What if you could respond more calmly? What if you could hear your child cry and be at peace with it, holding them lovingly without fear, stress, anxiety, guilt or anything else which doesn’t feel good? What if you could prioritise your own wellbeing knowing that it is actually the best thing for your child as when you are happy, that radiates to your child and they will learn that they too can be happy? What if you could set loving boundaries and hold them knowing that your child’s feelings and response are not your responsibility, that you can hold space for them to express lovingly? What if there was a different way to parent…

You can join for one session or come weekly, there is no set way of doing it, just as there is no set way of parenting.

Babies always welcome.

Birth Art Workshop with Tabitha

Get in touch if you would like to arrange a group session

This Birth Art Workshop is an opportunity for relaxed and reflective birth preparation. You do not have to be an artist at all! No art experience of any kind is necessary. If you can hold a pencil, then this is for you.

Creating birth art is a time to explore your own feelings about birth and to discover what conscious and unconscious preparations you are already making deep inside. Becoming a mother is monumental, we take the time in this workshop to observe, feel, listen, and use our creativity to express and process our thoughts, joys, hopes and fears.

We will begin with a guided relaxation which opens a deeper more intuitive thinking before beginning to work intuitively on our artwork or sketchbooks following a birth related theme. There is no right or wrong. We then take time to write, reflect, and perhaps discuss what has arisen but there is no requirement to share or describe your art.

Your artwork can often be illuminating and give you guidance as to the questions that need to be asked, what support found or preparations to make for birthing and the parenting journey ahead.

It will be a lovely gathering of pregnant women with tea, cake and all materials provided.

£20 Per  Person

We will go on adventures in the park to meet the cat, the dog and the tree poses; we will dance on the beat of “Old McYogi had a farm” and we will play with singing bowls.
