Heart Glow with Echo & Crescent

Service Description

A gentle February sound bath for children and families, where sound, story and imagination come together as the light slowly returns. Heart Glow is a playful sound session for children aged 4–7, with younger siblings warmly welcome. Children attend with a parent or caregiver, sharing in the experience together. Together we will: Move and stretch to warm our bodies Listen to gentle, layered sounds from bowls, chimes and soft drums Settle into a calming story about our inner light Explore the instruments and create our own sound patterns Make a small affirmation card using words, drawings or symbols These moments of sound and heart-led play help children feel settled, connected and free to shine
