Motherhood is beautiful. It’s also messy, overwhelming, tender, and full of change. This course offers a creative space to pause in the middle of it all and re-connect with yourself. Join us for an afternoon of art journaling over four weeks —a nourishing blend of writing, sketching, and collaging that invites you to explore your journey through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. This is not about being an artist. It’s about presence. It’s about expression. It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down and play without expectation or judgement. Whether you’re pregnant, cradling your newborn, or mothering children of any age—you belong here. Bring your bump, bring your babe in arms (pre-crawlers welcome), or come solo and gift yourself this restful time. Together, in a cozy atmosphere designed for slowing down, Connie will gently guide you with themes and prompts, while you follow what feels good—write, sketch, glue, doodle, or simply soak up the calm. You don’t have to bring anything—just yourself. All materials, tea and biscuits will be waiting for you.
