Hosted by Connie, artist and holistic massage therapist, this workshop offers mothers a space to honour and appreciate the hands that support you in your mothering journey, Through creative collaging and learning a restorative hand massage routine, you will reconnect with your body, express gratitude, and learn simple self-care and tension release techniques. Using the prompt “Dear Hands, thank you for…” you will be encouraged to explore both the physical and emotional roles our hands play—whether it’s holding, nurturing, supporting, or comforting. This creative workshop offers a great opportunity to connect over shared experiences with other mothers. You will leave feeling confident to give a hand massage to yourself and others.
